Hey hey hey! Shiya, Clarice, Yong Jun and Kok Hiong was at my place yesterday for mahjong. It was great entertainment.. Obviously with YJ around.. super kan chiong and stuff.. haha!

Clarice was the big winner again.. Luck seems to be shining on her. Who wants a treat can go find her.. oops :x

Went back to school today to use the gym with Shiya and the guys. It was really good workout today! Did the cycling, treadmill, some weights, leg and arm exercise. It was an accomplishment for me.. especially for a person who have not exercise for a long time. Need to be careful of my knee though. Need to monitor whether I can be fit for Napfa test. Later on was table-tennis action. Grrr.. gotta train to beat Chalven!

We really had a late late lunch. It was like 4.30pm or something? Finished up the whole bowl of Ban Mian. OOoh... satisfying day.

But shucks, think my arms and legs will ache tomorrow? Do feel some pulling and strains now.
